KIOSK Site is available from 08 A.M. to 09 P.M.,

But the Business Hour is from 08 A.M. to 05 P.M.

ONLY BANK APPROVED SIGN BOARDS ARE ALLOWED TO DISPLAY

No any voucher for deposit / withdrawal at CSP Outlet is allowed.

No any charge for opening of accounts or for any other work is to be charged from customers. Bank / System will charge any chargeable amount from the customers.

FUND WILL NOT BE SENT ON HOLIDAYS and “SANJIVANI” OFFICE WILL REMAIN CLOSED ON ANY SUNDAY / BANK HOLIDAY.

ANSWER –

Pass Book to the account holders of the CSP can be issued only by the Link Branch. In no case the Pass Book can be issued at CSP outlet. The Bank Officer visiting the CSP Outlet will collect the Pass Book requests from the Customers OR if a Customer chooses to go to the Link Branch for issuance of Pass Book, his request will be entertained.

ANSWER –

Cash in Hand term is uesd to define how much cash is available at the CSP end at the time of closing. For Calculation there is a Cash-in-Hand Calculator available in the download section of CSP LOGIN, from where any CSP can download & save the software. After entering the required DATA as per the day report, result will come out as Cash-in- Hand,which will be forwarded in next day CASH Report.
